Can I have the image adjusted if I don't like something?

Of course! We offer an unlimited number of revisions until you are completely satisfied with the result. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

What happens if my photo isn't perfect?

No problem! We can remove distracting people or objects, adjust colors or make other optimizations so that your camper is presented optimally.

How long does it take to receive my artwork?

We usually need 5-7 working days to create your artwork. After that, it will be shipped directly to you. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 5.90 CHF . However, we would like to offer you a special shopping experience - for orders over 100 CHF we will cover the shipping costs for you, so that your order is delivered to your home free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

We know how important fast and safe deliveries are. That's why your order will be carefully packaged and shipped insured within Switzerland so that it reaches you safely. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days , so you can have your desired products in your hands soon.

We ship with Swiss Post.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, our deliveries are 100% insured.

Where will it be shipped to?

We currently only ship from Germany.

Can I return my items?

Yes. With us you have a 14-day right of return. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.

Who bears the return costs?

The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
